CONTRACT AND MARKET RESEARCH ADMINISTRATOR

Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage and administer customer, supplier, and logistics contracts related to paper pallet manufacturing and thermoformed fiber food packaging solutions.
• Draft, review, and update contracts ensuring alignment with commercial terms, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements in the UK and international markets.
• Track contract milestones, including pricing revisions, renewals, delivery schedules, and compliance obligations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, procurement, and finance) to ensure contract accuracy and execution.
• Conduct targeted market research within the sustainable packaging, paper-based pallets, and fiber moulded products sectors.
• Analyse competitor offerings, pricing trends, raw material fluctuations (e.g., recycled fiber, pulp), and customer demand patterns.
• Identify new market opportunities in industries such as FMCG, food service, retail, and logistics.
• Prepare structured reports and insights to support business expansion, product development, and go-to-market strategies.
• Support tender submissions, RFQs, and proposals for packaging and pallet supply contracts.
• Assist in supplier and vendor evaluation, particularly for raw materials, tooling, and manufacturing partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, research data, certifications (e.g., food safety, sustainability), and compliance records.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners on contract terms, documentation, and clarifications.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of commercial and technical information.
• Monitor industry regulations and sustainability standards relevant to eco-friendly packaging and recyclable materials.
• Identify process improvements in contract management and market intelligence workflows.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the commercial and strategy teams.

Requirements:
